Each can will contain 1.5oz (net weight) of one randomly-selected scent. If you order more than 1 can, we’ll always minimize the number of duplicates as best we can.

*Please note that we cannot take scent requests on assorted sets. Assorted sets are prepared ahead of time in batches with randomly-selected scents to save time on fulfillment. We pass those savings along to you! If there are specific scents you would like, we’ve made it easy to type them into the WeIncense Search bar at the top of the page and purchase them individually or use the link below.

- Remove the plastic cap (keep the cap)
- Carefully lift the lid ring to open the metal lid (discard the lid)
- Replace the plastic cap and enjoy.

Due to the multiple parties involved which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we cannot completely manage our stock. Stocks can be changed at any time. Please be aware that it is possible for your order to become unavailable even after you've placed your order.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If you don't receive the product within the 30 days period, we're not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.
In order for your item to be returned, it must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. The item should be in the original packaging.
