*Please note that we cannot take scent requests on assorted packs. Assorted packs are prepared ahead of time in batches with randomly-selected scents to save time on fulfillment. Our policy lasts for 30 days. If you don't receive the product within the 30 days period, we're not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.
In order for your item to be returned, it must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. The item should be in the original packaging.
