DIRECTIONS FOR FIRST USE (ALSO SEE PRODUCT PHOTOS):
- Hold the base and the top of the humidifier and twist the top clockwise to unlatch – then pull the top gently off.
- Fill the basin (bottom half) with water and add in your favorite scented oils – as much as desired, but usually just a few drops will do.
- On the top half, find the plastic cover protruding from the top half. Twist the plastic cover counter-clockwise to unlatch it and remove it. Then remove the newly-uncovered cotton stick and wet the stick. Replace the stick back in the hole of the top half and gently replace the plastic cover over the stick.
- Place the top half back onto the bottom half, aligning the tabs inside the bottom half with the tab-slots inside the top half. Gently twist the top half counter-clockwise to latch it. Power the diffuser on by gently pressing the power icon on the front of the unit.
AFTER YOUR FIRST USE:
- Gently clean the basin with soap and warm water between uses. This item is not dishwasher safe. For health and safety, it’s always best to empty the basin and clean it between uses.
- Wetting the cotton stick each time helps the unit diffuse your fragrances faster.
- Make sure to monitor the unit to ensure it doesn’t continue running when the water runs out.
- One replacement cotton stick is included. Cotton sticks should be changed as-needed.
