In this assorted set of 4 packs, you will receive different scents – no two scents will be the same! If you order several 4-Packs, we’ll do our best to make sure all your scents are different but you may receive duplicates based on scent availability.
*Please note that we cannot take scent requests on assorted packs. Assorted packs are prepared ahead of time in batches with randomly-selected scents to save time on fulfillment. We pass those savings along to you! If there are specific scents you would like, we’ve made it easy to type them into the WeIncense Search bar at the top of the page and purchase them individually.
DIRECTIONS
Hold the tip of the cone over the flame. Wait till the tip burns evenly, forming a red glow. Blow out the flame and place the cone over the stand provided. Keep out of reach of children. Make sure ashes fall on fire proof surfaces.

Due to the multiple parties involved which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we cannot completely manage our stock. Stocks can be changed at any time. Please be aware that it is possible for your order to become unavailable even after you've placed your order.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If you don't receive the product within the 30 days period, we're not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.
In order for your item to be returned, it must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. The item should be in the original packaging.
