In this assorted set of 10 Packs, you will receive all different scents – no two scents will be the same! If you order multiple sets, you will probably receive some duplicate scents and we will always do our best to minimize duplicates.
*Please note that we cannot take scent requests on assorted boxes. Assorted boxes are prepared ahead of time in batches with randomly-selected scents to save time on fulfillment. We pass those savings along to you! If there are specific scents you would like, we’ve made it easy to type them into the WeIncense Search bar at the top of the page and purchase them individually.

Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we cannot completely manage our stock. Stocks can be changed at any time. Please be aware that it is possible for your order to become unavailable even after you've placed your order.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If you don't receive the product within the 30 days period, we're not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.
In order for your item to be returned, it must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. The item should be in the original packaging.
